How Cloudbreak Incorporated handles the personal information you share with us through this website.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Cloudbreak Incorporated ("Cloudbreak", "we", "us"), #1703 The Meridian by Avenir, Cebu City, Philippines 6000. Altrea is a software product of Cloudbreak. We process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its implementing rules and regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information collected through this marketing website, including the demo request form and direct contact by email or telephone. It does not cover personal information processed inside an Altrea deployment on behalf of a client association or developer; that processing is governed by the agreement between Cloudbreak and the client, under which the client is the personal information controller and Cloudbreak acts on its instructions.
3. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, organization, role, work email, telephone number, portfolio size, and anything you write in the demo request form or in correspondence with us.
- Technical information: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) generated when you visit the site.
- Usage information: how visitors use the site, collected with Google Analytics (see section 3a).
3a. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, roughly where they are (country and city), what device and browser they use, and actions such as opening a product screenshot, clicking "Book a Demo" or submitting the demo request form. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that keep a random identifier for up to two years so that repeat visits can be counted.
We have configured it to collect as little as possible. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalization are switched off. We never send your name, email address, telephone number, organization or anything you type into the form to Google Analytics. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not given analytics cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way. Google's own use of this data is described in its Privacy Policy.
4. Why we use it
- To respond to your demo request and schedule a demonstration.
- To prepare and send you a quotation you have asked for.
- To communicate with you about Altrea where you have agreed to be contacted.
- To keep the website secure and available.
- To measure, in aggregate, how the website is used, so we can improve it.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our product and in understanding, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share it with service providers who help us run the website and email (for example, hosting, mail and analytics providers) under contracts that restrict their use of it, and where required by law or lawful order.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the life of the relationship and any period required by law. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we have no other lawful reason to keep it, we will.
7. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to file a complaint, to rectify, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact our Data Protection Officer (section 10). You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
8. Security
We apply reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure or access.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
