These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Cloudbreak Incorporated ("Cloudbreak"), Cebu City, Philippines. They do not govern use of the Altrea software itself, which is provided to clients under a separate written agreement that prevails over anything on this website.

2. Information on this site

Descriptions of Altrea on this website are summaries of the product as at the date shown on each page. Features change over time. The capabilities, limitations and delivery of Altrea for any client are defined only in that client's written proposal and agreement. Screenshots show sample data and do not depict any real association, owner or transaction.

3. No offer; quotations

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Pricing is provided only in a written quotation prepared for a specific organization after a demonstration, and is subject to the terms stated in that quotation.

4. Demo requests

By submitting the demo request form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to request a demonstration on behalf of your organization. We handle your details as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Altrea name and logo, the Cloudbreak name and logo, and the content and design of this website are the property of Cloudbreak Incorporated or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of the product. You may not reproduce, modify or redistribute them for any other purpose without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of this website, not to submit false or misleading information, and not to use automated means to extract its content except as permitted by standard search-engine indexing.

7. Third-party links

Links to other websites, including cloudbreak.ph and social networks, are provided for convenience. Cloudbreak is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. Disclaimer and liability
